RETENTION OF DATA
Intertronic Ltd will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Intertronic Ltd will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. TRANSFER OF DATA

If you are located outside Gibraltar and choose to provide information to us, then there will be a transfer of data, including Personal Data, to Gibraltar for processing here. THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS
Some of our Services are supported by third party providers, who may need to have access to your Personal data for that purpose.
